We bought the apartments back in 2016 as we wanted a little slice of heaven in Italy. We invite you to do the same as we move to another part of Umbria and put both apartments up for sale. As a broader family we own both apartments, we can sell individually or both can be bought by the same person. We originally thought about having one large penthouse apartment to live in which you can look to do if you buy both.
Over the time we have rented the apartments out we have built up a great rental business with excellent reviews and the top rated place to stay in Montone. Part of the sale could include transfer of these hard earned reviews and business to a new owner. We currently have an occupancy rate of 73% even though Covid has impacted bookings.
